Alliant National Announces the Hiring of Reagan McCracken as Assistant Vice President, Southwest Agency Representative

Longmont, Colo. – (February 22, 2022) – Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with independent agents to improve their competitive position, announces the hiring of Reagan McCracken as Assistant Vice President (AVP) and Southwest Agency Representative.

McCracken is a seasoned and savvy title insurance professional and brings years of experience to Alliant National. Having previously worked for a national title insurance agency in Texas, she is a passionate member of the title insurance community and holds membership in the Texas Land Title Association (TLTA).

In her new role as AVP and Agency Representative for the Southwest, McCracken will be involved in all aspects of the company’s operations in the region. Her primary responsibility, however, will be to support, maintain and grow Alliant National’s footprint in Oklahoma.

Alliant National Welcomes Back Lin Brasier as VP Southwest Underwriting Counsel

Welcome home Lin Brasier! Alliant National is excited to have Lin back where he belongs. With his vast industry knowledge stretching over four decades, Lin will bring exceptional value to Alliant National’s operations as VP Southwest Underwriting Counsel.

Lin will be busy in this new position, providing agents with his expert perspective and assisting with transactions that require underwriting support. Without question, independent agents and Alliant National’s Southwest team will benefit greatly from his presence, as KC West, SVP and Southwest Region Manager, explains:

Having originally worked for Alliant National from 2014 to 2020, Lin has always been known as a friendly, steady and knowledgeable force within the title insurance field. His long career stretches back much further than that, however, spanning 43 years – up until he temporarily retired two years ago.

Now that he’s back, we can’t wait to see the positive impact he will have on Alliant National’s internal staff and network of independent agents. Southwest Team Grows Stronger

Rae Jeanne is a deeply knowledgeable and talented professional with a long history in the field, having grown up helping manage her mother’s Texas real estate firm. After receiving her license in 1994, she led her own team within that firm, and for the past decade, she has been busy assisting her husband with their business and managing her real estate practice. 

We are thrilled to have her accept this position at Alliant National, where she will split her time between agency responsibilities and helping foster continuing education initiatives. We are confident Rae Jeanne will excel in this position for many years to come!

Rae Jeanne enjoys staying active outside of work. A self-described lake rat, she loves boating, cook-offs and spending time with her husband and two young adult children. She is involved with outreach and youth programs through her church, and she has worked with several committees at her local Chamber of Commerce in the past.

Celebrating Missy Joining our Southwest Team

Please welcome Melissa Trubatisky, who has joined our team as the Underwriting and Escrow Training Coordinator for the Southwest Region!

A talented and versatile title insurance professional, Melissa Trubatisky brings over 30 years of experience to Alliant National. She is well-versed in compliance matters, audits and running training initiatives on a national level. In addition, she has managerial experience, having overseen agency operations and marketing efforts in a previous position.

We are so excited to have her accept this position at Alliant National, where some of her responsibilities will include supporting our agents, working closely with underwriting counsel, and being heavily involved with planning and executing agent training and continuing education programs. We can’t think of someone who is a better fit for this position than Melissa!

Melissa is also an active, passionate member of our title insurance community. Currently, she is a member of ALTA and TLTA, and she is also a past member of FLTA. She is Texas native and loves to stay busy outside of work by cooking, traveling, singing, and working on her home with her husband.

Celebrating Rayni Scott

Longmont, Colo. – (April 22, 2021) – Alliant National Title Insurance Company, a unique title insurance underwriter that partners with independent agents to improve their competitive position, announces the hiring of Rayni Scott to the position of Underwriting Counsel for the Southwest Region and Vice President.

Rayni Scott is a highly skilled real estate and title insurance attorney with more than 20 years of experience. She is well-versed in real estate matters, title insurance underwriting and contracts. Rayni is a graduate of University of Mississippi and obtained her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law.

Rayni’s past experiences will serve her well in her new role with Alliant National, where she will handle underwriting inquiries, draft bulletins, develop educational materials and conduct risk assessments.

“I’m excited to join the Alliant National team, particularly considering its focus on the independent agent!” says Rayni. “I’ve previously worked with many of the Alliant National team members, and I am grateful to be collaborating again with such an outstanding team of title professionals. I look forward to reconnecting with agents I’ve worked with in the past, as well as meeting and forging bonds with new agents.”
